blink.'s debut CD, "the Epidemic of Ideas", will be released worldwide on Thirsty Ear on Tuesday August 26th. You can order it from the label's website or from iTunes. 04.28.08 | Thirsty Ear!!!
I'm so excited and proud to announce that blink. has officially signed with the Thirsty Ear label to release "The Epidemic of Ideas" this fall. We're planning a tour across the Midwest and the East coast to coincide with the street date for the record, most likely the first and second week of October. They've put out lots of great records by Mike Ladd, Tim Berne, Vernon Reid, William Parker/Hamid Drake, and Craig Taborn and hopefully people will enjoy our album as much as I've enjoyed these artists. I'm tossing around ideas with Rob Beam, their graphic designer, for the artwork and that's shaping up to be a lot of fun. His personal art is really beautiful and interesting. 01.13.08 | New record finished
I'm excited to announce that the new blink. record is officially recorded, mixed, and mastered. "The Epidemic of Ideas" is being passed around to some labels right now so I'll keep you up to speed on that process if anything comes of it. In the meantime I'm having a lot of fun playing every Tuesday in January and February at Andy's with Collage....it's really fun, original music with some of my favorite musicians to perform with so come check it out!

I've had so much fun playing with my quartet, blink, over the last year and I'm excited about our new record. It's been recorded and mixed and it will be out sometime next year....I'll keep you posted. Because of that process I've fallen behind on booking so no shows on the horizon just yet. Thanks for supporting our music and keep coming back!!
